I used Heavenly to cater an event over the weekend, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service! The food was WONDERFUL (they don't have a set menu, so you can order pretty much anything you want!) and the staff was great. They were on-time and very cooperative. UNC uses them all the time to cater for their biomedical graduate school events, and they are always fantastic. I would recommend Heavenly if you want amazing food for an event for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future!! I would not recommend this place in a million years. They have horrible customer service, they never call you back when they say they would and when they do they dont want to give you a straight answer. Their food is not good. I work for a business and they have had both lunch and breakfast catered. The breakfast is SUPER greasy and low quality ingredients. I actually could not eat any of it because it was very greasy.\r PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to Jasons Deli instead! Jasons Deli is 100% better and WAY cheaper than Heavenly Cinnamon Rolls. This is worst I have ever been treated by someone I am trying to give my business and money too. When I called to discuss the pricing and even whether the date I needed was available they could not find the time to talk to me and told me that if I wanted to talk then I would have to call back in a month. She acted as though she did not need my business and did not care if I went with her company or not. She said that if I want to go with another company then do so. I asked if she could even give me a range of prices - she would not! She spent more time telling me how many other customers she had to take care of rather than giving me a couple answers so I could know if needed to look elsewhere. When I did call back she had given the date I needed away. I would not reccomend this catering company to anyone. It seems she has all the business she needs. Pros: Don't know, never used them !! I have worked at UNC for several years and do many catered events every year. My first call is always to Heavenly. For breakfast, their cinnamon rolls, banana nut muffins and fruit kabobs are fantastic. Their boxed lunches are wonderful and reasonably prices. They include a delicious croissant sandwich (chicken salad, roast beef, ham, turkey, vegetarian, etc), two cookies and two sides for a very, VERY reasonable price. Sweetened and unsweetened tea is included in the price. They do a lasagna buffet for lunch too. I love their vegetarian lasagna and their out-of-this-world bread. The salad, bread, tead and dessert comes with the lunch.\r \r The thing I like the most about Heavenly is that I never have to worry if the food will be on time. They have never been late. Everything is set up wonderfully and looks great. I cant say enough. If they leave the triangle Im not sure Ill continue doing event planning. Ive become too pampered by their timely delicious food. Every time I have to use someone else, it reminds me how lucky I am to have found them. I'm hesitant to even write this review and tell you about them. It means they may book up and I miss out.
