Great escape 7/21/2011

Enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage and facial as part of their summer special packages. I have never been disappointed by any of the staff there. The environment is always so clean and inviting, it's like being in an oasis in the middle of downtown. more

Hair cut and full highlights with Melba 7/18/2011

Melba is amazing! I had to change my appt last minute and she was able to work me in and still was friendly and gave me her undivided attention. She listened to what I wanted: long layers, sweeping bang, full head of honey highlights and that's what I got and love it! Plus she fit in an eye brow wax too! I will definitely be back. It was a little pricey, $200 before tip but I think that's pretty standard. Thanks Melba!! more

My Experience at Heaven and Earth 7/18/2011

This was my first trip to Heaven and Earth and it was amazing. Evelyn (spelling) did my manicure and pedicure and the massage was awesome. Evelyn truely does an awesome job!! Kudos to Heaven and Earth for having a fantastic establishment. more

Best treatments in Honolulu by far! 7/13/2011

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I asked a question regarding a hair care product and a stylist took time to explain what the benefits were of each product. Jamie is by far the absolute best in waxing in Oahu. Kelly was an incredible massage therapist. Bottom line, this is a 5 Star experience! Unlike other Spas, Heaven on Earth always offers specials and discounts. I'm an esthetician and I know exactly what to look for. I'm very impressed. more

I was very very satisfied with my massage by Jessica. It was some well worth me time. Although we barely spoke, I felt she really new what I needed. I didnt really want to converse and she didnt even try. Her hands hit all the right spots. Definately will do it again. more

No plans on returning 7/4/2011

Massage therapist did not address our complaints of aches and pains. Facialist did not tie up hair, resulting in flyaways in the cleanser/mask. Facialist's technique seemed a bit sloppy and rushed. more
