Travis and his help were very punctual. They were in and out in under an hour. The carpets look good. I didn't really expect the high traffic ares to come completely clean (which they didn't) One note, areas of our carpet took 12+ hours to dry. Overall we were satisfied. more

My carpet is definitely cleaner than it was. I had very high expectations considering the rave reviews. There were a few issues that I wasn't completely satisfied with. But overall they did a good job. more

I had 5 areas cleaned including a stairway. They did an awesome job of moving furniture, putting it up on block and sticky pads, thoroughly spotting and steam cleaning, all in an hour and a quarter. Absolutely no complaints! more

I have used Heartland Steam Cleaning twice now and they continue to amaze me. I had a few really bad stains that I tried to remove numerous times that would just not come out. Not only are they extremely nice and responsive they removed all of my stains including pet stains with foul odors. They are very considerate and respectful of all of my furniture as well as my home. They are the only steam cleaning company I will use. Great service, prices and people. more

I just bought a home, and the previous owners were indoor, window closed smokers. The carpets were stiff with nicotine, and yellow stained. After Heartland came, the carpets smelled fresh, felt soft, and looked like new! more

As other reviewers, my carpet is shot. But Heartland made it look so clean and fluffy I think the hardwoods can wait another year! On top of that they were prompt, polite, prices were reasonable and they didn't pressure me to buy additional services!! Will definitely use them again. more

I wish to thank Heartland Steam Cleaning for excellent service. The website and online service was very customer friendly. I was able to schedule my appointment with ease. Jordan arrived at my home right on time; he did a walk-through of the space and went right to work. Jordan was very knowledgeable of his job and very respectful of my carpets and furniture. The carpets looked clean, but we've had better cleaning services in the past that just cost more. The tile looks about like it did and some of the spots that were missed came up easily with some store bought cleaner. more

A few places (a nook and a cranny) were missed, but all else was perfect. Two rooms that need replaced can now survive longer. The guy did a great job. I will use them again. Reasonable, and came on Labor Day! Wow. Discount for booking online. more
