Heart to Hearts Services Senior Day Care is an accredited senior day care program in Orland Park, IL. We serve seniors 60 years and older, providing individualized plans and activities to ensure maximum benefits. We can also provide respite care for primary care giver.
Our mission is to provide seniors with a blend of supports and care services that will enhance or maintain their social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical well-being.

At Heart to Hearts your senior's health is monitored by a Registered Nurse, who also administers any required medication. A midday meal plus two snacks are provided, and individual service plans determine the nature of the structured activities and socialization for each senior.
We accept VA funding, state funding available, long term insurance, Department of Human Services, and Department on Aging. We also provide transportation to medical appointments.
