As a former employee, I witnessed many things about this facility that disgusted me, which is the reason I quit. Firstly, I was picking up a check when I overheard the owners and a few employees making fun of the elderly they were taking care of. Not just a little jibe here and there but nasty, vicious comments that included enough profanity that it would make a sailor blush. I was disgusted to say the least. When you trust a place enough to instill them with the power of taking care of your loved one, you want them treated well and with respect. These people, mostly women, show more respect to an insect than those they are caring for.
Pros: a couple nurses were compassionate
Cons: most workers were catty and nasty
