Health First Physical Rehabilitation

A friend recommended Dr. Dunham because I had significant neck pain which caused my range of motion to be quite limited. Just looking over my shoulder when backing out of the garage was very painful. Dr. Dunham took xrays, explained his approach and has brought unbelievable results. Some time later I experienced something very close to frozen shoulder syndrome. My orthopedic gave me a shot for the tendonitis, and Dr. Dunham provided physical therapy. He gave me exercises to do at home and I believe his treatment kept me from needing surgery. The office staff is excellent also - I couldn't recommend them more highly. more

Dr. Dunham saw me on short notice after I threw my back out and could hardly move. He clearly explained his approach to therapy and emphasized not only getting mobility back after my initial incident, but making sure that we worked to strengthen my back muscles to prevent another back injury. I've been working through my prescribed exercises and feel great, and am confident that I'm doing what I can to make sure my back doesn't go out again anytime soon! Dr Dave is the reason I' m vertical most days! After my ATV accident Dr Dave worked with me through adjustments, personalized physical therapy and targeted exercises. I now have a very good range of motion and significantly less pain. My entire family receives monthly maintenance treatments at Health 1st. We've been patients since our teen aged sons were small. I've been a patient of Dr. Dunham's for nearly five years. While I had to visit quite freqently in the beginning, I am now down to once a month for maintenance and I am feeling great. The experience has always been wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door you feel cared for by everyone. The appointments are quick and convenient for any schedule. Dr. Dunham has even started providing montly adjustments for my 13 year old daughter who is a cheer leader and sometimes experiences injuries.
