Thats what happens when you try to do your hair yourself and/or let your husband's barber do it for you. Its pretty tough to fix hair that is orange gold on top and green on the bottom. Had you listened to advice and done what I suggested (a heavy bleach weave), it would not have turned out badly. Instead you were set on coloring and you just cant fix two opposite problems with a single color. Had we done what I suggested and you were not satisfied I would have given your money back, but since you didn't want to listen to me I didn't feel like I should. You said your barber was willing to pay your bill since he is the one who messed it up to begin with, you should have collected from him. To everyone else: I have been doing hair for 5 years and this is the first time someone has asked for money back. I have learned from this experience that I will never try to fix someone else's mistake unless the client is willing to listen to my suggestions. I have been lucky to have never encountered this type of client for 5 years and i hope it is another 5 before I do so again. more

After going to the same hairdresser for 10 years, I recently was forced to switch because her prices just kept going up! I was SO nervous to see someone new and trust them with my hair, but I went to see Jessie Fisher at Head to Toe and I have the best haircut I've ever had in my life! She got everything right! The cut is perfect, the style is perfect, the color is perfect! Even the products she recommended are perfect! I haven't been this happy with my hair ever! And the best part is that she's consistent! I'm never disappointed, she does a perfect job every time! I recommend her to all my friends, and now there are 5 of us that go to her and LOVE her! It's hard to find someone that can make that many people and that many hair types so happy every time, but Jessie does! She's consistent, but she's also VERY knowledgeable in lots of areas! Becky Smeltzer ruined my hair and did not refund my money. She does not know how to color hair. I asked for blonde with blonde highlights and walked out with black/green hair with white highlights!!! I am still trying to fix it after 2 more appts with another stylist. more

I walked into this salon and found it to be very friendly, nicely decorated and plenty of products to choose from as far as hair care. I received a massage that was very well executed and the therapist was very in tuned to my needs. I proceeded to have a facial after the massage, and found the esthetician to be very knowledgeable and nurturing. I was so relaxed during the facial that I fell asleep. Each person I encountered at this salon was very friendly, I will return often to receive services. I would and do recommend this salon to all my friends. Best one in Oregon City. Walk into this salon and feel like you're walking away from your hectic day. The staff are all very friendly and eager to help. They carry a wide selection of products and are always willing to help you find what you're looking for or offer suggestions. Julie is an exceptional stylist and works wonders with color! If you're looking for an edgy, hip haircut, she's the best! more
