Harvest Auto Center And Express Lube

I took my car to Harvest with an electrical issue with my alarm system. I explained the details of the situation. I'm sure they (obviously) do not specialize in electrical issues, however they were confident in themselves to fix the problem. Their conclusion, the battery (that I informed them I had bought within the same year) was bad. They told me they could switch the battery, at a ridiculous price, and the problem would be solved. I told them that did not quite make sense to me, but they ensured me that the battery was the problem. They switched the battery, I kid you not, the very next day - my car would not start. The very same problems I had before were still occurring. I came to them with a wiring issue, not a battery issue. I'm not even a mechanic, and it's obvious to me that they made a poor decision. What did they do to fix this issue? Absolutely nothing. Do not go to Harvest Auto unless you are fine with wasting your money. more

I have taken both of my vehicles to these guys. Sure they are fast and friendly, but not at all thorough. All work was half done. They were not completely honest with their work. First I took one car in to change the brakes. After leaving, not even my emergency brake worked! I took the car I JUST BOUGHT in for a tune up and now, because of them, I have to get my transmission rebuilt. THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED IF THEY HAD TAKEN THE TIME TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR THE CORRECT PROBLEM. I had to pay for their ""fast and friendly service"" and now I am paying to repair a problem that was entirely their fault. They were, however, quick to offer to do the repair to the transmission, at FULL COST. An oil change is all they are good for, go to real mechanics for everything else! more

I came here after the guys at RT Clapp tried to hose me. Josh (the manager) is up front and honest if you are with him. Have no fear about this place. more

Being new to the area, I took my car into this service center. They were so nice and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. These guys listened to me, gave me good options to fix my car and even told me I didn't need a complete overhaul like the shop down the street said. They are honest and respectful. They treated me like they were my big brothers and made sure I understood the repairs before they did they work. My car was ready when they said it would be, I didn't have to wait which helps with my busy schedule. I will always go to Harvest Auto and will tell my friends this is the best place! more

Manager was rude and this is a starting business. Prices are outrageous. Service is poor, don't take your car there and don't park behind the BP gas station or they will tow your car for the bargain price of $120 more
