For years I have taken my lamps to Harrison Lighting for repairs and have always been pleased with the service provided. Recently I found a pair of vintage european sconces at Harrison Lighting that I just had to have! Since that time I have made several purchases at Harrison Lighting as it opened my eyes to the unique assortment they carry. Lighting is such an important element in defining a space and Harrison Lighting is my source for those custom touches. They are also know for their large selection of lamp shades and my wife and I have given new life to several lamps with their help. I have found their service to be outstanding!! If I could rate this business zero stars I would. Very poor customer service. I do not know how a place like this that treats potential customers & customers so poorly and with such a lack of respect stays afloat. I agree with the previous reviewer and had a similar experience. I would never step foot in this store again nor would I recommend anyone else to. Pottery Barn has gorgeous lamp shades & lighting & also has excellent customer service, quality & value. I can also recommend The Lighting Center on Wade Hampton Blvd in Taylors (excellent customer service, selection & prices) & Crate&Barrel.com has great lighting & shades too. When there are so many businesses out there with great product & customer service, why support a place like this where the owners have a chip on their shoulder & are only "nice" if they think you may spend a ton. No thanks! I'll spend a ton, & have, elsewhere! more

I did not get the customer service expected. And the check out process for a light bulb was just toooooo long. Plus the ladies behind the counter were gossiping about the other customers. i didn't feel comfortable there. Cons: long check out service-Gossiping manager and sales people behind the desk. more
