I was searching for coupons for Harrington Lights (there are none) and ran across the two one-star reviews posted here and was a bit surprised. While I have never before posted a review of a company, I felt obliged to do so now to at least provide possible customers with another perspective on Harrington Lights. I have been dealing with Harrington Lights for many years (both on the telephone and through the internet) and have only had good experiences. I have purchased halogen fixture parts that I could not find elsewhere (the owner has great knowledge of the various parts), as well as different types of replacement landscape bulbs that are not sold at regular retail stores. The prices are reasonable compared to the prices at regular retail stores for comparable products. While the website for Harrington Lights could use some sprucing up, I have no hesitation in continuing to deal with them. The one time (a couple of years ago) that I did order the wrong bulbs, I called the owner, and he agreed to exchange them for me, which he did not have to do since it was my mistake.
