Honesty is key 3/12/2014

So many auto repair shops aim to rip people off and make you think you need to replace everything right now. I like the way Eric handled business he listed the parts I needed, gave me the option to purchase them on my own to save money and he walked me through the exact details of the repairs needed. Needless to say Harrells has a new loyal customer. more

location and staff 3/2/2014

My latest visit was fit an oil change, a faulty tire service indicator, and a potential break problem. Eric and his staff handled everything very professionally. The tire service indicator was corrected and they informed me the breaks were fine and the noise may very well have been weather related. more
