So far so good 9/30/2010

One of the partners, Jerry, gave my fiancee and me the personal treatment. I helped move her into an apt in Sherman Oaks that Jerry just got finished renovating. He has been responsive to last minute fixes and touch ups (not 100%, but pretty good compared to other management I've experienced). He was willing to negotiate a favorable rental deal to suit my fiancee, and I appreciated that. And Harlor seems to understand how to take care of this facility. It's well kept and fixtures/appliances are well chosen. My fiancee has only been there for a couple weeks yet, but so far so good. more

STAY AWAY 6/10/2010

You would be wise to stay away from Harlor Management rentals. The places are run down, but more importantly the guy that runs the place is insane. If you want to get strange phone calls and get yelled at for what he sees as transgressions then rent from them. But I would stay away. Cons: Untrustworthy more
