Having been a client of HVH for quite some time, walking in that door always offered some level of comfort with a family feel. I'm very sorry to say, this is no longer the case. While there are still Doctors there who are worth seeing, the overall atmosphere has changed in such a way that I will no longer go there. Reception is rude. They act as if you are bothering them. This was never a problem until the last 5 years or so. Employee turnover seems to be high, as there were always new faces. It seems as if this business did quite well at one time and expanded at an alarming rate, but they never took the time to keep up with their employee training. Customer service is key. Your reception team is your first and last impression on a client and it seems they have forgotten this. As they are one of the cheapest hospitals in the area, it's a shame thy have to behave this way. I would rather pay a little more and feel like I am valued as a customer, than save a little and walk away feeling degraded.
