From the initial call with the abrupt receptionist to a discussion with a patronising owner this company does not appear to want or need business. They have decided they know better than their customers and if their attitude is that bad at the beginning heaven forbid how it would be during a project. Heartily not recommended. more

A company that delivers. 5/20/2009

We had new windows installed. The cost was reasonable and the product valvue was good. the installation was done on time and in good order with no need for callbacks. I would heartlily recommend this company. In addition, we are saving energy. Pros: The product is as represented and performes as represented. more

window estimate 4/19/2009

Company policy, allegidly does not allow a customer to make a decision on ""his residence"" without a spouse present during estimate. Guess this company makes too much money to allow a ""customer"" to decide what is best for them. May be my luck that if I cannot make a decision according to this company that their staff may also be not able to make decisions. Thanks for not wasting our time, we will pass this on to all who ask for future referals. Pros: none Cons: not willing to work with customer more
