I own two rental properties in La Jolla that I was managing myself. One is a long term rental and the other is a vacation rental. Two years ago, I decided it was too much of a headache to manage these properties and decided to look for a property management company to take care of the properties. After going through 3 different companies, I FINALLY found a company that does their job!!!! Harland Property Management is professional, curteous, and honest. They are prompt in responding to maintenance issues, they are professional when working with tenants (I have only received positive comments from my tenants), and quick to find new tenants for me. Most important, they are honest! They do not charge petty fees or over-charge for maintenance issues. I am so glad I found a property management company that actually does what they are supposed to do! more
