I have been a customer of Harlan Insurance for over 15 years and Aletha Marler has been my agent. Her customer service is top notch, she not only knows me she knows my husband and 2 children. Aletha goes over and beyond to ensure I am getting the best plan and rate for my family. Another great thing about Harlan is I can call Aletha or go into the office and she is ready available. I have dealt with other agents at Harlan and they are just as nice and personable as Aletha but she is my favorite after 15 years. I have been in the office and seen all the employees treat customers with dignity and respect. Harlan insurance is the place to go to when you want the best plan, the best rates and some of the best customer service in the town of Alexandria. I gladly give them 5 stars and would give more if I could.
