They offer an incredible array of meats - huge pork chops, rib eyes, prime rib and the standard pit smoked beef, sausage, chicken. They also offer grilled corn on the cobb, baked potatoes in the pit. You don't order a standard portion - it's cut per your desired portion and then weighed for pricing. As you take your meat choices down the aisle you pick up your sides, cole slaw, pot. salad, bread, fries, onion rings, pies, fruit.\r
