Hard Eight BBQ

My fiance and I wanted good pit fired BBQ this weekend. We were told to go to Hard Eight and after a bit of driving, (it's north of 635 off Freeport surrounded by industrial offices, found it. It was worth the drive!\r \r They offer an incredible array of meats - huge pork chops, rib eyes, prime rib and the standard pit smoked beef, sausage, chicken. They also offer grilled corn on the cobb, baked potatoes in the pit. You don't order a standard portion - it's cut per your desired portion and then weighed for pricing. Great BBQ and cool place..my top favorites are below(in no particular order) and Hard 8 definatley makes the list.
