Price was very reasonable. Free parking. Clean. Felt safe. Owner very accommodating and extremely helpful. Rooms we stayed in were fairly large with microwave and small refrig. Another plus for us, they accepted pets at a reasonable fee. more

This hotel is in a great location 5/17/2011

This hotel is in a great location. It's in the heart of Little Italy so there are lots of places to eat and there are a few good bars. There's a really great farmers market nearby every Saturday. Its a few blocks from the airport and walking distance to the bay. The gaslamp quarter is just a $5 cab ride away. We were looking for a hotel that was decent for a smart price., that had free parking, free wireless internet, and continental breakfast and that is exactly what we got. more

Very clean and unexpectedly quiet considering proximity to traffic. Great handicap accessible restrooms. I' will recommend and stay again when traveling in the area. Small fridge and microwave added to comfort. As did the large TV. more

We stayed at the hotel twice in a month's time with friends. Loved the location, just 2 blocks from San Diego's Little Italy and some of the best eating in southern California, and very close to the airport, Maritime Museum, and trolley. more

close to basically eveything good downtown 4/15/2011

I stayed at the Harborview with a girlfriend. Our room was a good size. Had a safe, 2 TV's one was a big flatscreen. Free Wifi and parking was a bonus. Bathroom was very clean. They were pretty helpfull with directions and suggestions. What I really like about this hotel was that it was close to basically eveything good downtown. Short and cheap cab ride if you're heading to the gaslamp tonight. more

Great price and location 4/14/2011

Great price and location if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants/bars -- Little Italy is only a couple of blocks away. 7-11 is only a block away. The freeway access is right there too so that was convenient. Internet connection is free, although there was a period when it wasn't working. It was fixed though after I informed the front desk. more

Nice touch Harbor View! 4/13/2011

I stayed at the HarborView Inn & Suites for a three-day convention. They were very accommodating as they switched my room with a swift & smooth mode at my request. The room was clean, comfy, and relaxing with the view of the ocean and city from my window. Having cable was a nice touch as well as the new furniture that was just being put in. Being in the middle of the city, restaurants, residences, and transportation, made everything feel close to home. If I need to return to downtown San Diego, I would definitely book this hotel again. Nice touch Harbor View! more

Quick check in, Friendly desk clerk, Room was clean and comfortable with a view of the harbor, bed was comfortable, nice flat screen t.v with small fridge and microwave. Free Wi-Fi as well was great. Close to freeway. Parking is ok. Would stay again. more
