I was lucky enough to win a hot tub from Hanson Hot Spring and Spa. I thought for sure I would be getting the floor model that had sat all year, but was pleasantly suprised to get a brand new completely wrapped hot tub. We were concerned with the entry way since we decided to put it indoors, and the measurements was 6'6"" and all we had was a 1/4"" play. They had me sign a waiver, but everything went smoothly. It ended up being freezing cold outside and snowing when they delivered my spa, and the delivery personnel did not look too pleased at the entry way and tight spot they were going to be stuck working in, but when everything went so easy, they were all laughing and happy in the end. They hooked everything up, gave me a starter kit and all the warranty information along with explaining how to work it and what chemicals to use and how often. I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend!!! Thank You Hanson Hot Spring and Spa!!
