There are four parts to my review: Dr. Jones, his staff, front office/billing staff, and physical therapy team. Dr. Jones gets five stars. We were very happy with the recommended surgery and its outcome. My daughter's quality of life has already improved just one month after surgery. Dr. Jones explains things very well and is accessible and kind. Great doctor. Front office/billing staff gets 4.5 stars. Team is always friendly and nice. I have to rate down slightly because I received incorrect info. I was told that my out of pocket cost for surgery would include all related co-pays. This was true of doctor visits, but not for the many physical therapy visits. So I was surprised to have co-pays for PT. Not a big deal, but a bit of a surprise. Doctor's staff: I'm sorry to have to give three stars here. Again, everyone is nice. But I did not appreciate having to call, call and call again to try to get things handled. There were times when calls and messages weren't returned so I had to keep following up. It was frustrating. Physical therapy team: If I could give more than five stars I would. Sylvie is an amazing physical therapist. She helped tremendously in my daughter's recovery. She's patient, kind and knows how to engage a child to make PT fun rather than painful. PT was a great experience for my daughter. I am grateful for Sylvie and her expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jones. He's a really great doctor. Just stay on top of communication with his team and things will be fine. more

Dr. Jedediah W. Jones, was my Hand Surgery Doctor, and he did a wonderful job, on my Trigger Finger on June 26,2017. He did the operation with much care and concern about my feelings, I was a little afraid, but he assured me he will do it, as painless as he could, and he did. I did not feel anything, he put in 2 stiches and wrapped my hand without me having any pain. I Thank him and his operating staff. more

I was referred to Dr. Jones by UMC when I broke my wrist. Fortunately, I did not have a severe injury, but still was watched carefully by Dr Jones to insure a complete recovery. I never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen, and all of my questions were answered. I would absolutely recommend. more

I contacted a surgeon (in my NETWORK) to repair my broken wrist. When their office NEVER called me back I found Dr. Jones online and am I glad that I did. He was sooo wonderful. He screwed a titanium plate in my left wrist. He performed the surgery the very next day after my first office visit. He answered all of my questions and showed me a model of what he would do. He did not force therapy for me since my insurance would not cover it. Instead he suggested home exercises I could do. He called personally the day after surgery to check on my progress and saw me regularly to determine my progress. He encouraged me along the way to not give up. I love this doctor and would recommend him without reservation to anyone. I was so lucky! more

Dr. Jones did a fantastic job surgically removing a cyst from my finger. He knew right what it was when he saw it and explained it clearly. The entire staff at his office and the surgical center were professional, courteous and competent. I recommend Dr. Jones without reservation. I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand and was amazed with how quickly I recovered without a lot of pain or PT. Had a good experience with Dr. Jones wih helped me feel comfortable and less stressed about the surgery. more
