My first facial experience was superb...relaxing, professional, and great results! I became a member and have already enjoyed the great discounts on gifts for friends. The staff is very courteous and respectful. I will enjoy my monthly facials! more

Ive been going to Hand and Stone for several months now and the service has always been great. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in their skills. I've been here several times in the last few years and never had a complaint. The front office staff is always super pleasant and accommodating. All of their massage therapists have been exceptional and professional. I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. My favorite service is the 80 minute hot stone massage. It literally melts the tension out of your muscles. Absolutely recommend going here! more

Fabulous experience! I went there because I bought a groupon and had a great massage. The people in the receptionist area were very professional and helpful. The place was very nice. My massage therapist gave me options to make the room just to my liking (music volume, lighting, heated table). She made sure my massage was exactly to my liking. Looking forward to next time - I'm getting a hot stone massage! I even signed up for their monthly package. I highly recommend Hand and Stone more

Great place with great atmosphere, I highly recommend it. My massage therapist listened to my problem areas, and then showed me stretches I could do to keep them from getting so tight between visits. I've had two massages here, and they were both great. The first one, I tried a Hot Stone massage, and really enjoyed. Other places I've went just use the stone to warm up the muscles, but she used them to massage and I almost liked it more than regular! Will def upgrade to a Hot Stone Massage more often. If you're looking for a Spa, I recommend Hand & Stone. more

They were great when explaing membership services/pricing, I was confused at first! Very patient. I bought my husband a massage for our anniversary and by the time we both left, he'd got a membership as well. They have military discount, which is greatly appreciated by us. And the option for 6 month or 12 month membership makes it easy for people who don't know when we'll PCS. Our first massage was great! My husband got a sample of the Hot Stone, which he loved. We're looking forward to our membership the next several months!! more

Great Service! 3/13/2012

I came in and Jenni helped me. I was running late and instead of giving a hard time she apologized about the traffic and got right into my appt. She made the Experience! The when I was done she gave me a discount becasue I was late. Immediately joined up for a monthly contract! (Gladly) more
