Quiet yes, expensive, yes, no energy efficient appliance, yes, a very large BGE bill yes, expect an annual rent increase of over 100.00 yes, pool only as an ammenitiy yes.

Nice, quiet area. 11/17/2005

This apartments are very spacious and rent is still affordable (though that can change like everyone around them). They allow dogs and are very very close to a park and ride and a recreation center that has a gym. my only complaint is it seems like they have different people at the rental office all the time. other than that nice place to live. more
