i thought that place was decent. they will be super nice to you if you are the first timer. its so much better than red hair. i could not understand a word the man said. and he just keep chopping and chopping my hair. until he felt like stopping.. i told him not to make it too short. but apparently he didnt hear that part. more

I got a bikini wax from Traci. It was my first time and she was very patient with me. She made me feel very comfortable and talked to me the entire time. It really helped keep my mind off of what was going on! Great job and I recommend going! Pros: Professional Cons: Parking meters more

So I walk in and the first thing i realize is the girl who is going to do my hair has really fried short bleached hair. (that should have been enough for me to turn and run, but i was desperate for a trim) She seamed to listen to what i want and showed me how little she was going to take off in the back. then proceeded to cut way more off than she showed me and BUTCHERED my bangs. To top it off nothing is level, its really all over the place, long strands next to short strands. I'm thinking 'how did this happen?' So now i have to pay again to have my hair fixed, and ultimately cut much shorter than i ever wanted. So be warned about this place. They will hire anyone it seams. I went into the salon a little nervous because I have never had anyone give me a wax besides my esthetician from home. I went to Erin, and she was basically great! She didn't wax a particular area that is considered to be a part of a full brazilian but everywhere else she did a great job! The wax they use doesn't hurt very much (granted I have been getting waxed for 2.5 years and take 2 Aleve before I go) so I was quite pleased with my experience. I would recommend Erin to friends, and I already have! more
