I am SO glad a dear friend from the Greater Clark County Kennel Club recommended Dr. Maryanne Haggerty. She'd said ""Dr. Haggerty is a wonderful diagnostician and is really knowledgeable about whelping."" Since my beloved Tibetan Terriers had mated and the female was pregnant, I wanted to make sure I had good support with her whelping process (even though I'd been a labor & delivery nurse and had read books about breeding and whelping.) Dr Haggerty's caring professional assistance was excellent in every way. She even gave me her cell number, just in case I needed her in the middle of the night for assistance with complications! I had NEVER had a vet do THAT before. The ultrasound was quite reasonably priced and gave me such peace of mind. For every visit, she's always been caring and patient?has a great sense of humor too! She takes her time to explain everything & answers all my picky little questions. Dr. Jackie Teagarten has also seen my dogs a few times, when Dr. Haggerty wasn't there. They both make me feel as though MY pets are really important to them. (They don't charge up the ying-yang for lost of tests that aren't really needed, either!) I had both my dogs X-rayed for O.F.A. certification and the fees were far less than what I had heard of in the Portland area. I am SO thankful these caring, highly-qualified vets in nearby Battleground (just a few miles northeast of Vancouver, WA) are so reasonably priced. What's not to love about them?!
