For me, it is quite a treat to make an appointment at a spa like this. I get the extra money to do it maybe once every couple years, so I really need it to be a special experience and seen as such by the staff. Unfortunately, it didn't feel special at all and I won't be going back. When I arrived, the receptionist and her assistant (I guess?) just handed me some paperwork and told me to fill it out. They didn't greet me with warmth, or talk to me at all other than handing me the paperwork. They did, however, proceed to talk about their drunken escapades the weekend before for quite some time. I waited a while to get in to see Allison, which was irritating as I was on a schedule. Allison was nice, but I paid $125 for a 30 minute "hydrating" facial, which wasn't overly relaxing and I see literally no difference in my face. My skin looks totally the same, even though she told me it would look amazing afterwards. I'm frustrated I spent so much and the experience was so lackluster. Even mor
