I had my income taxes prepared at this H&R Block and received excellent service. The preparer, Bob, did not try and push lots of other products on me but instead just did my taxes and asked questions to help me save money. He ended up getting me several hundred dollars more on my return than if I had used the software and tried to muddle through it myself and in just a fraction (and I literally mean small fraction) of the time that it would have taken me to do it myself!
