I went into H&R Block two years ago to file for the first time ever, and I was so impressed with the help I recieved from the people who worked with me. The business was crowded and hectic, but not to the point where you went batty. The lady assigned to help me was thorough and explained everything in detail so that I could understand what she was doing. I will go back to H&R Block as long as I file. They were very professional, but not stiffs. I love this place! more
