HP Pavilion 8/12/2006

The HP Pavilion is a great place to see a concert, watch a performance, or see the San Jose Sharks! Tickets here are relatively expensive. The HP Pavilion is relatively clean and has pretty friendly staff. They also sell food, but most of it is expensive and it is all junk food (hot dogs, chips, ice cream). There are always parking problems anytime you go here, so make sure you know where to park in advance! more

Saw Prince, and Dew Action Sports at HPP 5/15/2006

I have been to the HP Pavilion on two occassions. The first time I went to see Prince. They had set the Pavilion up in a way that we were all able to see him completely, regardless of where we were located. I really enjoyed this concert at this location. The food was not that overpriced like most locations, and the location was very clean. The Dew Action Sports made the Pavilion look so much different. They had used the parking lot as part of the Action Sports Tour, and used the inside for some as well. It was really awesome that they were able to do this. I can imagine I will be returning to this place in the near future, since so many great events come through here! more

Fun place to see a hockey game 4/8/2006

We love watching hockey here. Sharks fans are tons of fun and the arena is usually rockin. They have lots of different types of food available and although it is expensive at least you're getting something of value. The parking is super expensive so if you can get there early and find an off site place to park I'd suggest doing so. Otherwise, it's really a great place to go for a hockey game. more

Great venue 9/9/2005

Ice shows, tennis tournaments, concerts, circus, etc - you name it and they've been to the HP Pavillion. This is a fantastic venue for large events. Plenty of parking and located in the midst of Downtown San Jose where there are plenty of attractions and restaurants - unlike other venues located in the middle of nowhere more

Hp Pavilion 8/27/2005

I think that this is kind of a bit of the community since everyone knows about it and there is always something going on. I love how the Hp Pavilion can be transformed into absoluitly anything. The people who come here are all kinds of different performers. Pop stars and rockers, the circus, ice skaters. They all come here. Ive seen the circus here a couple of times. The wringling brothers and Barnum and Baily come here. Champions on ice are seen every year. Soon Gwen Stefani will be here. Santana will come too. Its a huge stadium type thing, seats sooo many people, cant even imagine how many. O yeah, the San Jose sharks play here too. more
