I have never had a bad experience at the photo center. I have dropped off film at the one hour area many times. They are always on time. They are always friendly, and willing to answer any questions. The only problem I have seen is the digital photo machine. People are always lined up to use it. My overall experience has always been positive. I will continue to use them in the future. more
