Carl is a MASTER auto technican & KNOWs transmissions and automotive electronics better than anyone else I know in the valley, he very good in all aspects of auto repair too. As one of the owners he and his brother Bill are VERY honest, they charge for only the parts they use, will not put back your old worn out parts if they are bad they will replace them, if you want to see the bad parts they can show them to you. Carl sometimes gets a bit behind I belive it is mostly because he is so GOOD at what he does, but it is well worth getting work done here! They are Willing to take time to explaing the whats and whys. A bit about Bill I have seen some of his exhust work and WOW talk about A+ he is more like a artist then an mechanic when it comes to exhaust work, no inferior work here. You can count on Bill or Carl for your automotive repairs. more

These guys are real professionals, I took my car to a car dealer ship and was told the transmision was bad. H & R found my problem and repaired it. These guys are two thumbs up. more

This is a place that I would never recommend. We have taken things to them to work on and they have promised that they would have it done on a certain day and call us when they were done and we never got a call. When we called them they still hadn't started on the vehicle. After three times of this happening we called and told them we were coming to pick up our vehicle. It took them forever to tell us we could come pick the vehicle up and the vehicle was not even put back together because they had taken apart and not fixed the problem when we told them we wanted to pick the vehicle up. They still charged us even though they really didn't do anything. more
