Had air conditioning serviced today. We used to have a large competitor service us and we are so pleased that we switched. It was all professional from our initial call thru the technician servicing our property .. he was very knowledgeable and made sure he did not transmit any germs by using a mask booties and gloves. more

Unfortunately I can’t provide an account of the company outside of the salesman’s visit, but I hope the company will follow-up on this event. I don’t want to embarrass anyone directly so I will not use names, however the salesman who came to our house to give us an estimate on a central air install was either sick or had some type of lung issue. I blame myself for not asking him to leave after the coughing and hacking started shortly after we sat down in my living room. At the same time the more he coughed and hacked the less he made any attempt to cover his mouth even as my wife and I started to move further and further away from him. On top of this the presentation/visit took almost 3 hours total and it was almost 2 1/2 hours before we got any idea of pricing. By the time we received a price we had already moved across the room away from the salesman and our air purifier system was on high (as it automatically senses air quality in the room). I really am at a loss understanding why we didn’t ask him to leave or why he came to our house in that condition in the first place. We can only hope it was not a strain of the flu that he was carrying that we may now suffer with. Wish I had something to offer about the company’s actual work, but this is what I have to share for now. more

I called the company that delivers oil with my furnace not working at 12:30pm. At 3pm - I called back since i hadnt heard anything. They didnt get message and were going to see if they can get a technician out and he/she would call me back. I called H&H at 3:30 and Pan was starting a job and would be over after that job - but probably not for a few hours. Pan called me at 4:55 to say he was on his way and fixed the problem within probably 30-45 minutes. We have heat again. Very responsive and highly recommend this technician!! more

Pretty darn goo work, however the tore a nice little hole in our wooden floor. It's been over month and still no remediation. We are working on it. more

H&H replaced our Central Air & Heat. They did a good, neat job. All of the component operations were explained clearly; and my questions were answered promptly and with all details to my satisfaction. I would recommend that you would include H&H for an estimate if planning to replace HVAC components in your home. more

All I wanted was a new central air conditioner and this guy wanted to replace my whole house for over $12,000.00 They need some counseling. more

This is about our 2nd or 3rd time having someone come our from the company. the man that was with them before did a great job but is no longer with the company. the man that came today was very nice. I think this name was James. He made sure our heater was all ready for the winter. if we have a problem or when were ready for them to come out in the summer time hope to see James again. This is a great company. I would tell anyone give them a try. more

I received a call back from the after hours service technician, Pan Ngai shortly after calling H&H answering service. I explained the problem that I was experiencing with the hot water heater that an H&H technician had installed the day before. As I wasn't able to be at home until after 3:30 on Saturday, Pan promised to call me back to advise what time he would be able to remedy the problem. He did call back & was on site within 30 minutes. He identified and fixed the problem and explained what had caused it. Very professional service technician who represents H&H very well! more

James Byrd is always on time and is very knowledgeable about my equipment. There was a $99 coupon on the company site and it was James who brought it to my attention. Will continue to request him for service with my furnace. more
