Had the rear bumper on my Mazda repainted after a slight accident. The car is pearl white which is very difficult to match but the guys at Gwinnett made it look like new. Their follow through during the process was beyond my expectations. more

after dropping my car for evaluation this shop trew away my GOOD parts no permision givin.I took this company to court.The DEFAULT JUDMENT IS IN MY FAVOR and this company still refuse pay my money $1280.00. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOU CAR TO GWINNETT PLACE BODY. Cons: everything more

I'm not sure what these other negative reviews are about but I had an excellent experience with these guys. I had a wreck that caused $2,500 to my front end on a Saturday. I took it in the following Monday. They let me know through their online progress tracker how things were going and told me it could take 9 days to complete. The on site car rental was amazing. Not only was the work done very well, it was completed by the end of the week, 5 days before I was expecting it to be done! The negative reviews? Maybe these folks had sorry insurance, or maybe they are the type people that just can't be made happy no matter how far you bend over backward. Who knows. I would recommend these guy's to anybody at any time. Pros: Very fast, very professional, very polite. more

Do NOT take your car to Gwinnett Place Body. I have had my car worked on at that body shop twice because it was convenient for me due to the insurance company having a concierge service. I would rather wait around for an adjuster to come look at my car than take my car there again. Both times I had problems with customer service and the work that they did was not satisfactory. Both times I had to take my car back because the paint starting peeling off of the bumper they supposedly fixed. The first time I went there they had my car for over a month and never gave me a reason why it was taking so long. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone! Pros: no pros Cons: all cons more

My car was repaired back to the pre-wreck condition!! Everything looks great!!!! They have great customer service, my phone calls were returned and at time of pick up, they had quick service!!! I highly recommend Gwinnett Place Body Shop for any of your vehicle repair needs!!! Thank you Gwinnett Place Body Shop, I now have my baby back :) Pros: They repair your vehicle great and have wonderful popcorn!!! more

never use this company they do not return calls and always giving people the run around they have had my car for a month more

Took 6 weeks to repair my car, promised me a rental car, and I got stuck with the bill ($1000), and there were several problems after I picked it up. Customer service will not return phone calls. You're a moron if you go there...don't be suckered by their promises. Cons: they owe me $1, 000 for the rental car they were supposed to pay for more
