I found Eric from InStyle magazine, he was named one of Beverly Hills' ""Top Stylist"". He was at a salon on Rodeo Drive when I found him and has been my Top Stylist ever since. He always gives me and my mom more than we came for. I will follow Eric anywhere he goes! more

Best haircut and color ever! 4/17/2011

After leaving NYC, I never thought I would ever get a great haircut and great coloring again. I noticed that a co-worker of mine, also with curly hair, had a great cut. She referred me to this salon and in particular, to Danya. That was almost five years ago and I have no plans on leaving her. Danya actually listens to what you are saying, then gives her input which is usually better than what I said. Her knowledge of color is non-surpassed. The salon itself is bright and clean. When you walk in you are greeted warmly. Always a nice touch. And it doesn't hurt that their coffee is very good as well. more

Went here for the first time 2/12/2011

I remember hearing a while back about this place but i had know idea! I stopped in one afternoon after driving past it. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with such warmth. You could really tell that the stafff really loves what they do and are compasionate at making you look your best. more

An overall great experience 2/23/2010

Guy, at Guy Matthew Salon saved my hair. I had it done by a friend who is in beauty school and it was nearly ruined. She actually recommended I go to him to fix it and I am so grateful he not only fixed it, the color is more beautiful than it has ever been before. I plan to continue going to Guy to get my hair done. The salon is beautiful and has great energy. They also have a day spa where I was able to get in to have my brows waxed and my lashes tinted by Gayle. She was fabulous. Not only do my lashed and brows look great, she gave me a hand massage while the dye was setting. It was great. I will have to try one of her facials next! Pros: Great Hair and Skin in one place more

Jason Lata new to salon 2/19/2010

I am new to GMS and wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I have my full training completed at Vidal Sassoon, I am an artistic educator for Pureology llc., I have worked fashion week in New York, and Los Angeles. I made the move from Beverly Hills to Agoura Hills because I recently bought a house In Oak Park and the commute to BH is just too insane. Best haircut I've ever had!!! 11/2/2009

Amazing!! I recently visited Guy Matthew Salon to cut my hair to donate to Locks of Love. Guy did an amazing job! He made me feel so comfortable about cutting so much hair off, and eased my nerves. My hair looks fantastic! I've never taken the time to style my hair, and have always opted to throw it up in a bun, but now I LOVE doing my hair. I feel so confident! Guy is an amazing stylist, and I don't think I'll let anyone else cut my hair after this! Thank you so much, Guy! Pros: Everything! Cons: Nothing! more

The Best Hair Cut Ever! 1/19/2009

Over the last 10 years I have been to many stylist and barber shops. Hair cuts were just ok. I had a friend tell me about a stylist named Danya Micah, at Guy Matthew Salon, in Agoura. Now, as a first time client, the hair cut is usually good, but I have had my hair cut by Danya Micah for over a year and a half. I must say, my hair cuts just gets better. Danya Micah is a great stylist. Pros: The whole staff is very friendly and attentive! more

Danya from Guy Matthew saved my hair! 5/19/2008

ok.. so my hair was a mess. i needed a massive color correction- i had like 5 different colors going on! i went into Guy Matthew from a friend's recommendation. i met Danya and she instantly put me at ease. long story short, she transformed my patchy mop into a sea of caramely ribbons! Plus, she's infectiously sweet and funny! Pros: salon was clean, beautiful and the staff was very freindly, not snobby! more
