Lack of Customer Service 4/27/2012

I had a terrible Customer Service experience. The sales associate Chris was to follow up on a request I made on a specific watch. He never did and worse when I went to the store for the 3rd time, he ignored my inquiries as to when he was expecting the watch. He literally walked away from me and lied about having tried to help me later to his father, the owner.I would never recommend this store as there is a lack of Customer Service from Chris to the owner. The owner came over to say he would make it right but never did. Terrible service....... more

Just "ok" 9/30/2010

Guvens has great selection and Isa is amazing!! He's wonderful to work with and is more than happy to help you when you need it. His son on the other hand is nothing like him. We called and spoke to Isa about bringing a diamond for a custom setting and he was very eager to help. Unfortunately when we arrived he was busy and we got his son instead. He was very short and condescending in tone and he really made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was eager to be done with us and we had only been talking for about 2 minutes. I was really disappointed, but we ended up going to Jared instead and they were very friendly and helpful and we left with a beautiful ring. If you go to Guvens, make sure you talk to Isa. I don't think his son is doing very well with continuing the family business. more

beyond satisfied 10/8/2007

My fiancé purchased my ring from Guven's Fine Jewelry, and the staff there were all very nice, and wanted to help me in any way possible. About a year later I decided that I needed to have it sized, they were more than happy to size it for me. Not only did they not charge me for the sizing, they also allowed me to wait for it. It took a total of 15 minutes. While I was there I browsed their enormous selection of watches. I found a wonderful watch for my husband, and one for me as well. more

Guven Jewelry 8/16/2005

Isa Guven runs a nice family jewelry store near the Mall of Georgia. Though the showcases look modest, don't be fooled. Guven's has a great selection and also makes a lot of their own jewelry. You can find anything from rings to necklaces, to charms. The selection of watches is somewhat limited. more
