I contracted with EconSolar aka Gutter Magician back on July 7, 2011, it is now October 11, 2011 over 3 months later and have not had my contracted Solar Panels installed nor scheduled to be installed! I contacted the company well over a month ago and was told that the solar panels were sitting in their facility ready to be installed and some one would schedule my install. In the mean time according to their contract it states: " The intended start date will be no later than 4 to 6 weeks and completion date, pending no acts of God, manufacture delays or products mis-ordered 8-10 weeks from contract date" Since they never began work as promised nor finished as promised according to our contract, I sent them a letter respectfully requesting a refund of my $7,633.00 deposit they have held since July 7, 2011. After receiving my letter, the owner of the Allentown branch called me to tell me that Gutter Magician AKA EconSolar would not refund any money to me and then he stated to me " my brother said you were an a_ _hole, we have been down this road many times before with people like you, we will sue you to get the rest of our money " You don't want to do business with a company like this.
