I have had my sound system for over two years now. For a year and a half they have just randomly stopped working. I took it to another audio shop around my local area and the guy tried to charge me 80 dollars just for rewiring! That is insane! I said no way buddy. Next day i take my car in to Gurus and called before hand to ask if they did check ups, he replied nicely and said yes just bring in your car. I bring my car in and had to wait for awhile but that is because his employees were working on someones car already. I looked around at the wide variety of stocks they had there. Love the place. So they worked on my car and one of his employees were very nice and friendly and was looking around my system. He noticed the problem. I know this may not sound exact but he said my fuse worked, but it wasn't working with the fuse holder. He replaced my fuse and now i have bump in my trunk! I haven't heard that sound in over 2 years! I LOVE IT! He charged me only 20 dollars! Best part is! I only had 5 dollars at the time! He accepted my payment and greeted me nicely out of the way. In my return i will definitely go back and repay him the 15 dollars i owe him! They are very helpful and very very friendly. VERY RECOMMENDED IF HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR SYSTEM! more

i buy an amp from them and to start they over.charge me 20 bucks but i let it go because i want to support my local businesses. I Take the amp home and my dad (a certified electrician) helps me hook it up to the old wires that worked for several months on my last amp. The amp powers up but the speaker terminals are broken and will not recieve power.Makes you wonder if the product was really new eh? I took it to a professional sound shop which checked everything and determined the amp is broken he even popped the speakers with the subwoofer wires to confirm it was the amp. So i took it back to them and ONCE AGAIN they ripped me off. He claims theres a 20% restocking fee which i was never informed during the purchase BTW IF YOU READ THE RECEIPTS IT SAYS NO REFUNDS???? I WONDER WHY? so he refunded me 159/220 which btw is taking alot more than 20%. All in all this man is a dishonest liar who does not deserve to be in business. Whenever I need car audio, car security, at times i'll call him cause GURU just might have or possible he can get it in his hands on it with the best price. Ive been buying goods for over 15 years and my prices just get better. He's honest and fair and if you catch him on a really good day he is very generous and throw in a few extras. Matter fact my 7 year old loves Guru I guess it's the candy thats free for the kids but 25cent for adults. Regardless if he's not there his co-pilot Raj will certainly takecare of you. But it's a must to meet the Man GURU and the crew Weddo his install man nows whats sounds all about Pros: Location and parking Cons: closed on sundays but thats cause Guru told me leave some fish for the rest of the stereo stores to make money its sunday family. more

I never knew a store like this even existed. When you walk in, all you see is every brand in car audio imaginable. From Polk to JL Audio (really high-end) they have everything. It's one of the only Car Audio stores I feel safe buying from. Everything is warrantied and they do good clean installs. They mostly meet or beat all other store prices. I'm not going anywhere else for my Car Audio. Pros: Service, Installs, Prices, Selection Cons: A Bit Messy more
