Unfortunately I have more then once been forced to spend my hard earned money in a place where every customer is talked to like a child and every employee is far to busy and knowledgeable to waste any time helping a simple person like you!!!! After this last visit I've decided if the ""Buffalo Gun Center"" is the only place to get ""it"" then I'm just not buying it!!!! more

After reading all the negative reviews I really wasn't looking forward to dealing with this store for my first handgun, but figured I didn't have much of a choice in this area. These bad reviews can't be any more misleading. This only thing I can guess is that a lot of these buyers had some attitude of their own before stepping foot in the store.\r \r Before buying my gun, I talked with 4 different guys behind the counter in 3 visits and all of them were patient and helpful. Not sure who the owner is, so I don't know if I ever dealt with him. Prices weren't great, but not awful either. I'd buy from them again without hesitation.\r more

I'm not sure why all the negative comments. If you go in there, know what you want. If you're a novice, listen to them, they have more knowledge & experience than you, (remember: you're the novice)\r I've been going there the last 30 years and bought a number of firearms there. Never had a problem getting waited on, if you go in there when its super busy (Saturdays) reserve your long list of BS questions etc for another less busy time (afternoons during the week). If it is a social experience you're looking for, then join a club, these folks are trying to run a business. The selection is always good, most items that I need are in stock most of the time, prices being what they are, nothing is cheap anymore. Give these guys a chance. more

Went to look for a gun and instead of selling me a gun I wanted they tried to talk me out of that one and it kind of ticked me off. And I left. Checked on the internet and everyone seemed to agree went back and got the Savage 93FSS very happy every time I go there. Nice place. more

Great place to take your guns for repairs or to buy used pieces. Very helpful and always have people to take care of you. Obviously a good place to buy new pieces also. Fair pricing. more

Allways Friendly here. If you throw a dig don't forget to duck for the riccoche. I find the staff knowledgeable, conscientious, Fair competative prices, lots of market knowledge. Been shopping here since I got my pistol in 1969. Rob barks louder than his bite. Bill bites hard but you have to poke him real hard.\r They are trying to make a living in this price conscious world and their service is worth shopping there. A lot less attitude than some of the one man shows. more
