I booked with a friend for hair appointment with the hairstylist, who I was told was booked and could not take my appointment. So they forced me to go to the nail tech who totally messed up my hair. My friend and I came together and Voila the Hairstylist was able to take my friend, who looked fabulous, on my original appointment time with stylist. I wanted my hair redone with stylist who was busy with next client and I needed makeup done, so they gave me to the receptionist. I asked her about her background as I do everyone who works on me only to find out she is not even licensed for makeup or hair! I need to tell my niece since she enjoys hair and makeup to apply for a job here, because obviously you do not need a license to have a job here! If I can give this place a no star I would. My friends hair and makeup came out great, me on the other hand they may have well handed me over to Housekeeping! more

I stayed at the Waldorf in New Orleans for two nights for class reunion trip last weekend. I thought the place was amazing and beautiful. One of the reasons why this particular hotel was chosen was because of the 24 hour room service. Pros: Beautiful Place Cons: Curly Hairs more
