I just called to set an appointment and the knowledgeable person on the phone already narrowed my issue down to two possibilities, one of which would be covered by warranty. I`m already impressed! more

Helpful appliance repair 12/11/2012

Very Helpful! I did not actually use their services, but when I called and talked to him about my problem he was very helpful over the phone and willing to help me as much as he could without an actual service call. If I do ever need appliance repair I`ll be giving them a call. more

Pleased with refrigerator repair 12/11/2012

The service man was polite and knew exactly what to do to get my refrigerator back to normal. He also looked at my washer and fixed a leaking hose. I will call them back when ever I need help. What a pleasure to not have to worry about who was in my house. more

Great washer and dryer repair 12/11/2012

Guckin's Appliance Repair of Lumberton was competitively priced for both parts and service, flexible with my availability, and very professional when they arrived to install our new dryer tub. He came with the correct part, worked efficiently, and had the repairs completed in less than a half-hour even though it required that he disassemble the machine. He even hauled our old tub away with him. Our dryer now works perfectly. I will definitely call Guckin's Appliance Repair of Lumberton for our next appliance repair needs. more

Prompt refrigerator repair 12/11/2012

This kid is on it! I had just submitted my request and he called back within 30 seconds (literally). He showed up in 30 minutes and fixed the problem with my refrigerator in 20 minutes. more
