Guardian Care Inc

If this is the same one that was in the macomb daily in 2005 and was 40% owned by phobia curry and 60% owned by a private name that no one can find who that private corp is?? my suspicions say that most people that have went to guardian care incorp of oak park have been in henry ford facility, i don't think i am wrong in saying this for i exxperience this thru my father. Guardian Care Inc (that is where they wanted him to go) didn't get him but the public administrator that was part of the macomb senior citizen services did(part of the story in 2005), that leaves me to questions why guardian care inc picked up my dad's court bills - long story but if they can profts from your loved ones they will keep them alive for along time, sometime the quality of life is better than the quantity. god bless the corp that is 60% the private owners for they will needs this on the other side. more

Please save your loved ones. Do Not Let GUARDIAN CARE around your loved ones. They treat them like just another entity. They lie and do things that hurt people. Please seek other help if possible. Once they get you in their grips you cant get them off. They took my loved one and locked her up in a nursing home. God save their souls for being so heartless. more

I have had a very positive experience with this agency. The court had appointment Guardian Care for my father and they PROTECTED him from my siblings and greedy neighbors. I wouldn't want their job, this is why I agreed to have a guardianship company take on this responsibility. My father had his electricity shut off and they worked diligently to find resources to assist him and they did get his power back on. We need more advocates like Guardian Care. As a concerned daughter, I appreciate this agency and everything they have done for my father. I highly recommend!! more

A non-profit organization used by Wayne County courts, to take guardianship over incapacitated individuals, at a dearly emotional and financial cost! Guardian Care Inc, is unethical and unprofessional in their company""s practices, I wouldn't let them take care of my pet goldfish! Guardian Care violates elderly individuals rights, and in my mother's case, has charged her 12,000/month in doing so. I would like to know what type of kick-back the Family Division, of the Wayne County court system gets for assigning early Altzheimers individuals to this so called non-profit company. The same company that charges my mother 12,000/month to provide an adult sitter 24/7. more

Guardian Inc. is a discrace. As a non-profit organization that is using our state and federal dollars for the care of our loved ones; one would think a little more ethical measures would take place. Their incompetent nature at all levels is disgraceful. I have filed a recepient rights complaint and will be hoping for action at the state level. Pros: Not a one Cons: You name it more

My experience with Guardian Care was one of disbelief. I can't imagine allowing them to care for any of my loved ones. I have more respect for my worst enemy than to allow them to be cared for by Guardian Care. Pros: I can't find anything nice to say about them more
