Good food 6/19/2006

The food is good and there is plenty of it. Friendly and timely service. Ambiance: Interesting but a little loud. They have pretty tasty breakfasts too and the prices won't break you. I would consider this my second favorite sit-down Mexican restaurant in Esco (first being Hacienda De Vega). Note: The building reflects Escondido's 'make it interesting' leanings in the architecture department, thus the volcano look. At least you can't miss it driving East on Valley Parkway! more

Es muy bueno!! 11/30/2005

I loved Mi Guadalajara when I went there. Their food is fresh and tastes amazing! Their prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is quite pleasing to the eye in terms of structure and design. The only thing is that you cannot be in a booth and you are seated in one big room with all the other patrons...so if you're looking for intimacy, this isn't the place to be. more

Mi Guadalajara 8/20/2005

Mi Guadalajara is a great mexican restaurant. The prices are very reasonable and the food is great and authentic mexican. Our family has been dining here since moving to Escondido 13 years ago. They were formerly located about a mile away and just opened at their new location within the last few years. The staff are very friendly and it really is the best mexican food I have tasted at any restaurant in Escondido. It does get a little noisey in the main part of the rotunda so if you want a little quite make sure to ask for a table off to the side. more
