Great visit at Groove Subaru they sold me my new Subaru Legacy which i love. Treated me well and gave me a good deal in. I was out in about an hour or so.

Worst

I have been going to Burt Subaru for service since 2002. I have always been incredibly happy and trusting of the service I received...but then again my car was still under warrant...

My husband and I stopped to look at subaru foresters one saturday and met dan cote. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We left and looked at several other places and online. Dan took the time continue following up via email about our progress and the pluses to buying a cpo vehicle. I told him of the price we wanted to pay for one vehicle we had found on the lot. He negotiated with management on our behalf and was able to put the deal together to our satisfaction. This was probably the least stressful vehicle purchase we have made. Great job Dan and Groove. more

My new forester 1/27/2012

I bought my first subaru in 2008 from Burt subaru and really liked it. What little service it needed I did here. The service people are great and the waiting room always has coffee and donuts. I just bought a new Forester from austin freadhoff. He was very personable and knowledgeable about his products. I enjoyed the sales process, it was made very easy. Thank you! more
