I have issues with other people driving me due to being in a BAD car accident, over 10 years ago. Although it's gotten better, I have never been able to relax, let a lone sleep, on road trips. I feel so comfortable when I have to ride with Groome. While I may always have a small complexity, using them often enough has put me at ease throughout the trip.\r more

Good job 5/24/2012

I ordered a 7am shuttle to the airport for my husband the night before his departure to San Fran, and we were so pleased with the amazing service. The driver arrived a little early, and he was incredibly helpful in getting my husband's things loaded into the car. My husband said the ride was really pleasant, and he would recommend this service - hands down - to anyone else. more

The cost is far less than a cab. The driver was on time and all went well. I would have appreciated a confirmation call around an hour or so before scheduled pickup. But that's really no big deal. more
