Adorable waiters hustle divine creations to your table as you relax in old church pews in a neo-EuroTrash setting, with blackwashed concrete-block walls. Pricing is reasonable for the incredible food you'll enjoy here: most entrees are $13-$20, including salad or precisely-cooked pasta. The Barterders know how to blend your favorite concoction just the way you like it. Choose how you'd like your fish cooked -- the menu recommends medium-rare for best flavor and texture... it was refreshing to be able to order mine rare, which is even more moist and delicious! Sauces and complements are carefully created and perfectly-spiced. Salmon Piccata and Blackened Tuna are divine! Grillfish doesn't hold back on the goodies...if you want the Arugula with Goat's Cheese salad with sweet dressing, they'll glady provide. It doesn't get much better. Kudos to our fine waiter, Jason, who was the spitting image of Val Kilmer. Do not miss Grillfish!
