good 1/3/2012

I am doing well, and the reason I know this is due to the fact that I don't think about being scared anymore. I don't wake up laying in bed wondering who is outside trying to break in. And when I hear a noise it doesn't bother me. I still practice the relaxation techniques you gave me so I don't think I am cured, but it seriously doesn't limit me or bother me anymore, thanks to you. more

Great job 1/3/2012

I came to J W Grigson PhD - Couples Therapy with the will to quit smoking and I did it. With J W Grigson PhD - Couples Therapy's help and hypnotherapy I found a healthy way to overcome my nicotine addiction and I'm loving the non smoker way of life. Now I'm even making more healthy choices about eating and moving - breathing more! Thank you for the air, for the exercises and for just being here with me. more

I came to J W Grigson PhD - Couples Therapy because reaching a higher level of fitness is very important for my health. We chose to focus on exercise. In just a few sessions, our work together not only made a tremendous difference in my motivation but I had an unexpected breakthrough with a life-long obstacle that has now simply dissolved. I now can apply this tool to other areas of my life to help me find the peace and joy that I have always known is there. more
