Griffin Brothers Tires Wheels and Auto Repair - Concord Location

A few years back I bought 4 sets of tire there and went in to get a tire rotation a few months later and found out that a piece of my car was missing. A piece call brush/oil pan guard. It's a one big whole piece. I know it didn't fall off by it self cause there were 8 bolts that was holding it onto the suv. I confronted the merchant about the issued but of course everyone on the floor had no idea how or what happen to it. Knowing that I wasn't going to win if I were to fight with them so I left and never went back since. more

Great service! My truck started having electrical problems Friday night, they took me in as a walk-in Saturday morning, no problem. Truck was fixed and returned in a matter of hours. Even replaced a part that my local Nissan dealership was unable to provide. Neil at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. Honest work/pricing and friendly service. Highly recommend. more

If I could give them 10 starts, I would! John Sienko, the Service Advisor at their Cornelius location, is absolutely exceptional in customer service. He treats you like a family. He knows what you need and what you are looking for and takes care of it every time. He makes you feel like you are the only customer he has got that day. Of course, everybody else who has ever worked on our cars in Griffin Brothers, has always done a great job. We have never had any problems with anything and never ever had we felt as they were suggesting something that did not need to be done. I highly recommend Griffin Brothers for any of your automotive needs. It is my husbands and mine one-stop-shop now for everything when it comes to cars: from annual inspections and oil changes to new tires and major repairs. They are very honest and have great prices! They offer a free shuttle service, if you need a ride. They have a great atmosphere in the waiting area, including free Internet connections and enclosed childrens play area, if you decide to wait for your car. I have been a customer of Griffin Brothers for years now. My patronage has been at mainly the South Charlotte location but prior to it opening i did visit the North Charlotte and Uptown locations. I have found them to do excellent work at a fair price and most importantly, they are trustworthy. Chris and David, both at the South Charlotte location are two of the most knowledgable automotive guys that i have ever taken my vehicles to. Great selection, honesty, fair pricing, stands behind their work......just an excellent team. Who ever wrote that poor review of Griffin, well, he had to be a Yankee. more

My husband loves these guys. He's brought both of our cars there and been very pleased. They also offer a courteous drop off to take you to work while your car is there. A bit pricier than other places but my husband definitely thinks it's worth it. more

I recently took my car to this place and was extremely impressed with the atmosphere. The waiting room was clean and the front desk personnel seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Then I found out it was all a mirage.\r \r I feel like this place takes advantage of those with a minimal knowledge of cars and cannot be trusted. I took my car in to get the brakes checked. The brakes were fine, but I was informed that I would need new shocks and struts that would cost $900.00. Surprised by this, I took my car to THREE different places. NONE of the three places saw ANYTHING wrong with my shocks. When I asked them how much it would normally cost to replace that equipment, each place quoted me between $400.00 and $500.00. A little fishy if you ask me. I will never go back and will never recommend these crooks to anyone! Pros: Nice coffee machine and waiting room Cons: DISHONEST!!!! more
