I refused to believe the negative reviews that I read about this dealership and it s employees. I said you can t please everybody. I am a fair and rational person and love getting to know people and businesses by their own merits. \r
This is one occassion where you can believe the hype. No Integrity, No loyalty to it s customer. (At least Blacks,Disabled, Women and especially that combination with challenged credit) I am actively seeking a class action lawsuit against them because when wanton, negligent, blatant discriminatory and disrespectful actions and lies are perpetrated against people because you have already pulled their credit application and you treat them like their credit score than there is a serious problem.. Who on planet earth in the last 20 years has not had a credit or financial challenge including the car manufacturing and sales industry as well as Financial Institutions that now want to judge,enforce and label; If anyone has dealt with any of this corporations offices and been lied to and told that you were approved but it came with ;unreasonable and unnecessary intervention on the part of the dealership, cars sold from under you while held with a check, continually sold cars picked by the dealership for you out of your financial ability and terms unrealistic with your financial profile, Make up rules and lending conditions as they go or off the cuff, insulted beyond a layman s knowledge of the purchase and approval,process in dealing with cars, credit, credit scores, interest and mandatory disclosure, and too many other violations to mention; Then you should actively join or start a class action lawsuit with those common to you in your state, city or county. They may have had trouble delivering , integrity, and respect but I have no problem. I caution everyone with any challenged financial history, women of color or the Disabled to stay away unless you want to be taken on the ride of your life. I have proof and witnesses. \r
