this is the worst company ever. the staff are very rude dont know anything. could care less about if ur luggage is found after THEY LOSE IT!!!. the drivers talk to you like your garbage. i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. DONT GO GREYHOUND !!!! was told by a ticket agent the reason they dont answer phones is they are short staffed and dont get paid to answer phones and help people. more

Man, I can't stand the way Greyhound is. the bus is so filthy, it makes me sick just sitting at any place. It takes FOREVER just to get on he bus when it comes on-time. People on there don't know how to shut-up and let people thin for a second. too bad I don't have any other choice to ake when I ravel next week. i'll see how Peter Pan works. If I like it, tha would be my main source of traveling on a bus, not Greyhound. more
