Engagement rings are really special, and one has to give much thought before making a purchase. Were it not for my pal, I couldn’t have thought of setting foot in a pawn shop to buy anything, let alone an engagement ring. Most of the people in our family don’t really have good regard for pawn shops. But Greenbrier Pawn Shop gives a totally new picture of pawn shops as they offer excellent products. I bought an engagement ring and it came at a good price as well. The quality of their service is over the top, and they’ve a variety of engagement rings for customers to choose from. Greenbrier Pawn Shop 8/8/2014

What a relief I got when I found out that I could get payday loan from Greenbrier Pawn shop. This was after I visited a few other financial institutions that wanted to take me through some red-tape that was obviously unnecessary. Some other two pawn shops that I visited insisted on giving me smaller sums that wasn’t going to serve me properly. At Greenbrier Pawn shop, I walked in to a professional and friendly welcome and was provided with all the necessary information to enable me DECIDE whether to go for the loan or not. Of course the terms were great and I took the loan. I repaid the loan right on time, and couldn’t stop saying thanks to them. Give me Greenbrier Pawn shop any time. more

Amazing Service, Great Suppor 7/30/2014

Some of the things about this shop that I really adore are their services, rich inventory, and great pricing. While the shop is very neatly organized, giving an impression of a really high end shop, they still manage to fit in between a wholesale and a retail shop. First, I bought sterling silver jewelry without bothering to check in other pawn shops or on online stores. The next time I bought a David Yurman brand and saved a lot. If I ever want to buy quality jewelry at affordable prices, Greenbrier Pawn shop comes first to my mind. Their customer service is also a good reason for one to buy from them since you also end up learning a lot more on the line of product you would like to purchase. more

One pawn shop that comes forth as the only one focusing on providing solution as opposed to mindless business. I’ve bought a number of jewelry from them; from Pandora Jewelry to David Yurman, Tiffany & Co. to Scott Kay Jewelry and more. With my team of professionals, we normally carry out our internal tests on the jewelry that we buy from any pawn shop. We’ve found issues with other pawn shops, but not Greenbrier Pawn shop. All the jewelry we’ve bought from them are genuine and their pricing is equally fair. They also offer far reaching support, making purchasing from them even more valuable. more

Superb Service!! 7/16/2014

You never think of jewelry repair until you spoil the one that you so cherish. I was in such a situation when a friend accidentally pulled my gold necklace and got a link broken. I went to some shops that they were trying to get too crafty with it so I kept on searching. When I finally got to Greenbrier Pawn shop, it was like nothing of a challenge to them. They had it fixed within no minutes. And I have it on as I’m typing this review, so you can imagine how excited I am. Thanks again for the superb service. more

Review For Greenbrier Pawn Shop!! 7/11/2014

I had to get a wedding ring for my brother, and it’s Greenbrier Pawn Shop that gave me what I wanted within my budget. It was actually way lower than what I had set aside for the ring. I became suspicious by the way the staff members treated me; they were so friendly that I kinda felt like they were luring me into a trap. You sincerely don’t see that a lot with other pawn shops around Virginia Beach. I even had to leave the shop to come with a friend of mine who’s pretty much conversant with diamonds. And you know what? It was genuine. I still have lots of respect to Greenbrier Pawn shop for their amazing services and top quality products. more

Best Customer Service!!!!! 6/19/2014

This is a pawn shop in its own league. They’re not like most of the pawn shops I see that have their products all over the place with no proper arrangement of items. From the outside I didn’t know that it’s such a big shop with lots of stuff. I just wanted to buy a watch, but this made me observe several things in this shop. First, I have to appreciate their customer service since you don’t just get in and hand loose there, no; instead they offer you direction and advice you based on your need. Great Service!!!!!!! 6/11/2014

Now I can confidently buy necklaces and rings that need some repair work in order to regain their luster. The service they gave me wasn’t that superb, though. I gave them an excuse that maybe it’s because it was too busy at the shop. The subsequent moments I’ve been to the shop have been gracious and they’ve repaired all the jewelry I’ve taken to them perfectly. What I personally like about Greenbrier Pawn shop is that when they repair jewelry, they don’t just fix things so as to please you for a short time, but instead repair it so well that it can last very long. Continue offering great service to the people. more

I love Omega watches. For me, Omega watches fit my taste and preference. And I only buy from Greenbrier Pawn shop since they make every purchase worth it. Excellent Customer service!!!! 5/6/2014

I’ve always hated loans for one thing –burden of having to repay even when you are unfortunately not in a position to repay. A loan would force one to take a loan in order to repay the other since failure to repay always has dire consequences. I discovered something with Greenbrier Pawn shop that relieves one of the pressure to repay even when it means selling something so special or even getting another loan. Greenbrier Pawn shop has offered me loans, now thrice, and I’ve only failed to pay once. When I failed to repay I had used my laptop as security and that’s all I had to forfeit and my life continued normally. It’s fast, affordable and stress free. Thanks. more

Affordable Prices, Outstanding Services and Friendly Staff!!!! 4/25/2014

When one of the staff members told me about sterling silver jewelry, I didn’t know that they are actually sterling. I made my first purchase with mixed reactions since I hadn’t had a chance to compare prices. To do that, I went to another shop the next day only to be told a price which is close to double what Greenbrier quoted. They were actually the same yet the prices were so different. Furthermore, these are pawn shops within the same locality and targeting the same market. So, for anyone interested in affordable prices, outstanding services and friendly staff, Greenbrier Pawn shop is the right place. more

Tiffany and Co. jewelry is wonderful, but not if you’re on a tight budget.If you’re worried about money, this place is great and I’m confident you won’t be disappointed. The good thing about Greenbrier Pawn is that even if they are selling brand new jewelry to you, their prices are still very affordable. They also have several brands, ranging from Chopard, David Yurman, Scott Kay, Hearts on Fire and more. Good job…I like everything about Greenbrier Pawn. Whah! So they buy all my gold stuff…they pay instantly and are very open. I went to the shop for the first time, not expecting much since I have dealt with many pawn shops and they are more or less the same. But this one I love…happy always and know all about gold. Whah! What a massive collection of things to choose from. From birthday gifts, anniversary gifts, wedding gifts and more, you get it all at Greenbrier Pawn. And they can definitely boast about their prices. Besides the great collection, the shop has wonderful people who know what they are doing and are more like gift specialists. My first experience with them was when I needed a birthday gift. I heard that Greenbrier was the best for selling jewelry and I’m so glad I went to check it out!! I sold a gold ring that I found at my school’s gym years ago and never did a thing with because it wasn't my style. Turns out if was real gold and more of an antique!!! Walked out with a much fatter wallet. more

Best Pawn Shop 11/26/2013

Great experience in Greenbrier pawn shop. I went there to purchase a jewelry set for my friend as I wanted to give her a wedding gift. My price range was limited. Greenbrier provided me with lots of jewelry set’s in that small range. I took one of them and my friend liked it. I will suggest everyone to go Greenbrier Pawn shop because my experience was awesome. more

Best Pawn Shop As Compared To Others 11/20/2013

I went to Greenbrier and it was my first visit to a pawn shop. Katie made me feel really comfortable. I was taking out a loan on gold earrings and nervous about paying it back and interest rates and what would happen. The earrings were definitely important to me because they were my moms. But she explained everything great and I felt comfortable and at ease by the time I had the cash and left. more

People are really very helpful with your stuff, and whenever I need something I come here, pawn it, pay it returning usually within monthly. They're very helpful and I know even when I come here to resale something useful to me, they'll deal with it. more
